This final report presented conducting for the first-year research has been presented. The research activities since February till November 2018. The current research aims to identify and evaluate the adoption model of e-health in Indonesia contexts. Regarding to E-health implementations, this research learns from Australian E-Health systems. The research objective of the first year is to identify toward the existing implementation of e-health in Indonesia. Therefore, there are some activities have conducted to imply the current research objective. Using ereadiness and adoption model implementing E-health in Indonesian Contexts. In this year, the research will identify implementation of e-health in Indonesian hospital using the mix method would be worked the survey method in quantitative technique and descriptive qualitative research. The respondent selected is related to managers and workers in health organization which operating e-health including medical staff and users. The outcome of this research is to find initial illustration of e-health implementation in Indonesian hospital. Again, publication in index journal and international conference will be prepared as the firstyear outcome
