Abstrak
This study discusses about Needs ,\nal)$IS of English Department Students III Translating Text for Completing The Final Project at State Polytechnic of Padang. The research design is qualitative approach-based descnpuv c method. It is used to know what the needs, the wants, ami the lack of student .. III translating text for completing their final project. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews. and observations.
