Abstrak
Increasing of atomotive technology in industrial revolution forth impact to job complexity and automotive mechanic profession. Changing of automotive technology make to change learning and vocational assessment. In this case, it demands the teacher field study TKR (automotive) to develop problem solving skill, according to hierarchy level of taxonomy Bloom, this is C4, C5 and C6. This is calling high order thinking skill (HOTS). On the other side, the subject itself in this case, Clucth subject matter demands the teachers to develop problem solving skills. Problem Based Learning (PBL) and HOTS is one choice that can be applied by automotive teachers. This research is aimed at producing Problem Based Learning automotive teaching and performance assessment set on clucth of automobile for Grade XI of TKR (small engines field study) of SMK. Performance assessment base on authentic assessment. This research is a Developmental Research applying model 4-D
